Launch of new standard agreement for speeding up medical technology industry-sponsored clinical research

The Department of Health for England, on behalf of the UK Health Departments, with the Association for British Healthcare Industries today launched a model Agreement to speed up the process of setting up medical technology industry-sponsored clinical trials that are carried out on patients in NHS hospitals.
